WIDCO Launches "World Outstanding Young Leaders Community" Project

As an international organization long committed to global development and cooperation, the World Innovation Development Cooperation Organization officially announces to the world today the launch of the "World Outstanding Young Leaders Project". The core carrier of this project, the "World Outstanding Young Leaders Community (WOYLC)", is a global social welfare project initiated by us, aiming to gather young people's strength and jointly promote sustainable development.
Under the grand framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda, our launch of this project is both an active response to the mission of the times and based on a profound sense of responsibility. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the release of the World Programme of Action for Youth. Over the past 30 years, the vitality and creativity displayed by young people around the world in promoting social progress and international cooperation have been remarkable. Taking this opportunity, we hope that through the "World Outstanding Young Leaders Project", we can systematically sort out the valuable experiences in the development of global youth undertakings and, more importantly, build a future-oriented growth platform for young people.
At the same time, this is also an important practice for us to implement the basic framework of the agreement signed with the United Nations Associations. We have always believed that young people are the core force in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Based on this, the "World Outstanding Young Leaders Community (WOYLC)" will focus on building a youth action plan to support the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. By integrating global resources, it will provide young people with a multi-dimensional space for exchanges and dialogues, capacity building, and practical innovation, enabling young people's wisdom and actions to be deeply integrated into the global process of sustainable development.
We are well aware that promoting this project requires pooling the efforts of all parties. In the future, we will give full play to our advantages in international networks and resource integration, and work with governments, international organizations, universities, research institutes, enterprises and public welfare forces around the world to provide all-round support for the "World Outstanding Young Leaders Community (WOYLC)". From building cross-border communication platforms to incubating youth-led sustainable development projects; from carrying out targeted capacity training to promoting young people's voices in global governance dialogues, we will empower young people with practical actions and enable more outstanding young people to shine on the global stage.
