Empowering Global Innovation Together

The World Innovation Development Cooperation Organization (WIDCO) takes the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development as its action program. It aims to build a global innovation partnership to implement the basic framework consensus of the cooperation agreement among United Nations associations, consolidate multilateral cooperation mechanisms, and promote collective actions. Its goal is to realize the global vision of maintaining peace and security, promoting sustainable development, and safeguarding human rights, form an integrated framework for the United Nations to address global challenges, and synergistically build a community with a shared future for mankind.

The World Innovation Development Cooperation Organization is a global non-governmental, non-profit multilateral cooperation promotion organization registered with the United Nations Economic and Social Council in accordance with the UN Charter. It is also an independent social public welfare institution, with offices in Silicon Valley (USA), Finland, Austria, Italy, Kenya, China, Malaysia and other places.

Empowering Innovative Solutions

WIDCO focuses on building a borderless innovation network and actively promotes innovative partnerships, carrying out a series of projects in such fields as education, science and technology, culture, art and social justice. It has established a Global Secretariat, national offices, special committees, a Council of Member Units, and the World Institute of Innovation and Technology (co-founded with the African Academy of Engineering, WFUNA Asia Office and Hualun National Institute of Development Sciences). In addition, WIDCO advocates the establishment of the WFUNA Foundation to provide strong support for the sustainable development of United Nations associations.
